Jason Jarrard: Managing Director

Jason Jarrard founded Jaylec Electrical Contracts Ltd in 1989, after completing his apprenticeship and working in the electrical industry from a very young age his knowledge and experience has enabled him to establish his business, under his management Jaylec has grown extensively leading to the successes and establishment the company has to date.

Jason has the benefit of over two decades of experience in the industry combined with vision and optimism to take risks to grow his company, Jason oversees the Jaylec senior management, whilst having large involvement in the selection of contracts as well as overseeing them, Jason is the company’s top decision maker.

Calvin Williams: Qualified Supervisor

Working for Jaylec since it was founded in 1989; Calvin has grown with the company. Originally working as one of the company’s leading electricians, working his way to eventually becoming our Senior Qualified Supervisor, a position he has held for the past 10 years.

A qualified supervisor is the electrically competent person with specific responsibility for the safety, technical standard and quality of electrical installation work under their supervision. Calvin works closely with our Managing Director, and Contracts Supervisor to ensure adherence and quality on all of our contracts.

Aliesha Rainey: Operations Manager / Supervisor

Aliesha is our newest member to senior management, after working in our office for 4 years, gaining a comprehensive insight into each individual department and soon after graduating with an International Business Degree becoming our Operations Manager working directly underneath the Managing Director and closely with our Contracts Manager.

Raj Dhillon: Contracts Supervisor

Raj Dhillon has worked for Jaylec for over 19 years, Raj has progressed from an electrical engineer, to foreman, to contracts manager, now our Contracts supervisor. Raj’s experience and involvement in the contracts have allowed us to build and sustain a strong engineer based team, which enables us to continuously deliver a high level of service, which can be reflected in the numerous long term contracts.

Gary Croft: Procurement & Business Liaison

Gary croft has worked at Jaylec for over 12 years, working in various different areas of the business, his experience has led to us winning and working on various different contracts.

Nicola Marshall: Voids Manager

Nicola has worked for Jaylec for 6 years and has progressed within the company. Managing all of our voids works with an extensive knowledge and high level of customer service her experience in these fields enables us to deliver high quality results in this department.
